Argo was established in Georgia in 2012 and has been an official Alumil partner since its founding. We engineer, manufacture, and install architectural aluminum systems that balance thermal performance, safety, functionality, and architectural freedom. One team remains responsible from fabrication drawings to completed installation.
Argo has completed private residences, commercial interiors, and heritage restorations in Georgia, together with export projects for clients in the USA and Azerbaijan. Every project follows the same engineering, manufacturing, and quality-control process, supported by open communication and clear responsibility for the completed work.
Every project, from a single entrance door to a complete curtain wall, follows the same six-stage process, from initial requirements and engineering to installation and final adjustment on site.
We review how the building and each opening will be used, then define the operating type, required thermal performance, security level, glazing, and finish. System and glazing selection balances thermal comfort, safety, architectural intent, energy demand, and project budget.
Large openings are checked structurally for the specific site. Wind-load calculations use data collected over the previous 15 years; profiles are reinforced where the span and exposure require it; and glass is specified by U-value, g-factor, thickness, load, and safety class.
Our engineering team completes the site survey and prepares project-specific fabrication drawings. Production begins only after the opening dimensions, interfaces, and construction details have been verified.
Fabrication data is transferred digitally to the production line. The double-headed saw cuts each profile to the specified length and angle, barcodes carry machining instructions to the CNC center, and frames are assembled with pressed corner connectors.
One project manager coordinates manufacturing, delivery, installation, and handover. Argo's engineering, production, and installation teams work as one unit and communicate openly with the client, architect, and other trades to keep the work aligned with the construction schedule.
Argo's own installation teams install the systems we manufacture. Each opening is fixed, sealed, adjusted, and checked before handover. Because one company is responsible for both production and installation, technical responsibility remains clear throughout the project.
Our production facility uses automated European machinery for individual residential projects and larger commercial production runs. Core cutting and machining processes are driven directly by fabrication data.
Cutting lists are transferred digitally from the fabrication drawings. Both saw heads position automatically and cut each profile to the specified length and angle, without manual measurement.
Each cut profile carries a barcode. The CNC center reads its machining data and produces the required drainage slots, lock and hinge preparations, and connector holes.
Frame corners are joined with internal connectors and crimped under controlled pressure to maintain frame geometry and joint strength.
A dedicated cutting station handles glazing beads, accessories, and smaller profiles, keeping the main cutting line available for full-size system profiles.
